Ali

SALEH

No one is more responsible for creating a stronger Bell than Councilman Ali Saleh—a leader of BASTA, the Bell reform movement for honest government.

As our city councilman, Ali has made sure that city government puts people first. His hard work has helped make our city safer by modernizing our police force and adding youth recreation programs. And he’s helping move Bell into a Green future by adding EV charging stations.

Monica Arroyo

Reelect Councilmember

Monica

ARROYO

Councilwoman Monica Arroyo is a mother, a Catholic educator, and leader of our Bell community.

On the city council, Monica has worked to make city government more friendly to local businesses by improving communication with city officials and cutting bureaucracy.

And Councilwoman Arroyo is playing a major role in the Greening of Bell by leading efforts for tree planting—making Bell cooler and more beautiful—while making the air our families breathe cleaner.

Francis Flores

Elect Community Leader

Francis

FLORES

Francis Flores represents a new generation of Bell leadership. The daughter of BASTA activist Maria Flores, she has a strong sense of the importance of honest and effective local government.

Today, Francis works as an administrator for a company dedicated to disaster recovery.  In that role, she’s responsible for working with local communities when tragedy strikes. Those responsibilities have helped her develop logistics skills and a deep understanding of how to assist city government to work quickly and efficiently. As our councilmember, she will emphasize strong policing and expanded youth programs to help improve public safety.
